When will my order be delivered?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days and next-day delivery options for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.
What is your return policy for hot tubs?
You can return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a hot tub has been filled with water, it cannot be returned unless a technical fault is identified.
Do Lay-Z-Spa products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our hot tubs come with a standard 12-month warranty on the pump and cover, and a 6-month warranty on the liner. This can be extended by registering your product on our website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Clearpay to help spread the cost.
How do I maintain the water quality in my spa?
To keep your water clean and safe, you must use a combination of filter cartridges and chemicals such as Chlorine or Bromine. We recommend testing your water daily using test strips.
Can I use my Lay-Z-Spa during the winter?
Yes, our latest models feature Freeze Shield™ technology, which automatically prevents water from freezing, allowing you to enjoy your hot tub all year round.
